On April 13, 2023, the third meeting of the Third Council of the National Wood and Bamboo Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance and the Key Innovation Achievements Conference were grandly held at the Beijing Conference Center. Nearly 130 participants from the Science and Technology Department of the National Forestry and Grass Administration, the China Rural Technology Development Center, the China Academy of Forestry Sciences, all directors, special envoys of the alliance, and invited experts attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Researcher Lv Bin, Secretary General of the Alliance, and delivered a speech by Director Cheng Qiang of the Science and Technology Department of the State Forestry and Grassland Administration.

The third meeting of the third council of the National Wood and Bamboo Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance approved the "Biomimetic Formaldehyde Free Artificial Board Professional Laboratory" of Xingang Group. Biomimetic formaldehyde free adhesive is derived from biomimetic thinking, seeking inspiration from nature for original innovation. Under the leadership of Academician Li Jian from Northeast Forestry University, Dr. Xiao Shaoliang and other core team members worked tirelessly and diligently to solve problems. After more than 10 years, they successfully developed a new type of environmentally friendly and low-carbon "formaldehyde free" adhesive. At present, Xingang Group has exclusively implemented biomimetic formaldehyde free adhesive and biomimetic lightweight high-strength particleboard (with an annual production of 300000 meters) ³ Continuous production line) and biomimetic ultra-thin fiberboard (annual production of 200000 meters ³ The large-scale mass production of continuous production lines.



After the Alliance Council meeting, a press conference was held on the Alliance's recent key innovation achievements. The press conference was presided over by Researcher Lv Bin, Secretary General of the Alliance. Wang Junhui, Director of the Science and Technology Department of the Chinese Academy of Forestry Sciences, and Sun Kangtai, Director of the China Rural Technology Development Center, delivered speeches respectively. Zhang Yisheng, Executive Secretary General of the Alliance and Director of the Science and Technology Department of the Wood Industry Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Forestry, was commissioned by the Forestry Special Project of the 13th Five Year Plan for National Key R&D, and reported on the innovative achievements mainly completed by member units of the Alliance. It has been successfully applied in fields such as ultra-high cabinet doors, solving the deformation problem of ultra-high cabinet doors during use and saving straighteners. At the same time, ensure that the stress of the front and back facing materials is consistent, and avoid quality issues such as cabinet door deformation caused by inconsistent front and back facing materials. Density between 590-630g/cm ³ Within the range, the static bending strength reaches 18MPa, the formaldehyde release reaches ENF level, and the deformation resistance is strong, which can meet the needs of "one door to the top".
