Before the appraisal meeting, the attending experts visited the Xingang Biomimetic Ultrathin Fiberboard Production Line together. The Xingang biomimetic ultra-thin fiberboard production line fully introduces advanced domestic and foreign equipment and control systems such as the Yalian high-precision paving belt slow exhaust pre pressure system, Yalian ultra-high speed continuous flat press, Andritz thermal mill, high-precision dual control high-pressure glue application system, etc. to achieve an unmanned workshop, fully adopting fully automatic and international first-class equipment technology, ensuring that the board is homogeneous, pure, and environmentally friendly.

Wei Xiaoxin, Chairman of Xingang Group, warmly welcomed the arrival of all leaders and experts on behalf of Xingang Group. Since the production of the Newport Ultrathin Fiberboard Project, with the innovative application of a new biomimetic adhesive at Academician Li Jian's Newport Workstation, we have successfully produced the "ENF Class Biomimetic Ultrathin Fiberboard" with stable process and excellent performance. At the meeting, Wu Yiqiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Central South University of Forestry Science and Technology, and academician of the CAE Member, was elected as the chairman of the evaluation committee, and Chu Fuxiang, President and researcher of the Chinese Academy of Forestry Sciences, was elected as the deputy chairman.

Professor Xiao Shaoliang from Northeast Forestry University gave a detailed introduction to the research and development process of the new product "ENF grade biomimetic ultra-thin fiberboard". He demonstrated and explained the development background, process, research content, market application and third-party evaluation of the new product, as well as the technological innovation and intellectual property situation of the new product. After two and a half years of technological breakthroughs, related experiments, production validation, technical optimization, quality testing, and user application, it has been fully verified that the manufacturing technology of "ENF level biomimetic ultra-thin fiberboard" is feasible, stable, and mature.

At present, the "ENF grade biomimetic ultra-thin fiberboard" has been widely used by end and downstream customers, with both economic and social value. It has achieved the first entry of ultra-thin high-density fiberboard products into the "ENF grade era" and the sustainable and healthy development of healthy homes.

The appraisal experts carefully reviewed the key technologies, innovation points, testing reports, and market prospects of the new product. They learned about the new product samples on site and recognized the biomimetic technology, research and development standards, environmental performance, and market prospects of the new product. The "ENF grade biomimetic ultra-thin fiberboard" effectively solved the problem of free formaldehyde in the market board, and as the industry's first to redefine the environmental protection background of the Chinese board industry.
