At the symposium, Yin Yongchen reported on his work since taking office in Xingang, analyzed the advantages and problems of Xingang's party building work, and proposed work plans such as building a position, improving rules and regulations, developing party members, promoting party building pairing, and strengthening coordination and assistance around the four key points of "strengthening the team and leading the team, strengthening the foundation and fortress, providing services for development, and building a brand image".
